(THE BEST) ZUCCHINI SLICE

Zucchini Slice
SERVE: 4
SKILL: Medium
COOK TIME: 60 mins
Ingredients:
2 large zucchini, grated
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1 cup self raising flour
5 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small brown onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to season

Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius. Lightly grease a large baking dish (24 x 24cm).
2. Place all the prepared ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir until just combined
3. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread out into an even layer.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Cut into 4 portions and serve with a green salad.
