Welcome

At The Nutrition Circle, we pride ourselves on providing thoughtful, expert nutrition care for women across all stages of life — from fertility and early motherhood through to perimenopause and beyond.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience, our team understands that women’s health is not one-size-fits-all. When your nutrition needs evolve over time, so should the way you’re supported.

We bring together a team of experienced dietitians who work collaboratively to support a wide range of concerns, including hormonal health, disordered eating, sports nutrition, fertility support, pregnancy and family nutrition — all within a model of care that is both clinically sound and personalised for you.

Dietitian vs Nutritionist — What’s the Difference?

A Dietitian is a regulated health professional who has completed an accredited university degree and meets the standards set by Dietitians Australia.

Dietitians are qualified to:

  • Provide medical nutrition therapy, u
  • Support complex health conditions for specific diseases
  • Interpret scientific evidence and translate it into practical, everyday nutrition advice

The term Nutritionist is not regulated in Australia, meaning qualifications and training can vary.

Working with a dietitian ensures you are receiving credible, clinically informed care you can trust.
