Meet Claire Wundersitz

Claire is a dedicated dietitian who finds joy in empowering clients and seeing the difference that nutrition can make in transforming lives and health. 

From starting solids to navigating fussy eating, Claire understands that feeding children doesn’t always go to plan. She supports families with mealtime challenges, limited food variety, weight faltering and food intolerances, helping parents feel reassured about how to meet their child’s nutrition needs.

Her approach starts with understanding your family’s story; your child’s needs, your concerns and what everyday life looks like in your home. With empathy and care, Claire works alongside you to find manageable strategies that support growth, reduce mealtime pressure and help children build confidence with food.

Claire is also passionate about gut health. Having lived with irritable bowel syndrome for many years, she understands how symptoms and uncertainty can affect everyday eating. She helps clients navigate their gut concerns while finding freedom and enjoyment in food again.

Her interest in early life nutrition and women’s health also extends to fertility, pregnancy and the postpartum period, supporting women as their own needs change alongside those of their growing family.

Outside of work, Claire is mum to two very active boys who keep her on her toes. She loves day-tripping around Melbourne with her family, or finding a quieter moment over dinner and a chat with friends.
