Salted Caramel Bliss Balls (4 ingredients)

MAKES: 11 (large) or 14 (small)
SKILL: Easy

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dates⁠
1 cup almonds or almond meal⁠
1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling⁠
1/4 tsp salt⁠ to taste

 

Method:

1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.⁠
2. Add everything to a food processor, blitz until it forms a dough.⁠
3. Roll into balls and then coat with coconut.⁠
4. Store in the fridge (or freeze for later).⁠
