Salted Caramel Bliss Balls (4 ingredients)

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup almonds or almond meal
1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling
1/4 tsp salt to taste
Method:
1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Add everything to a food processor, blitz until it forms a dough.
3. Roll into balls and then coat with coconut.
4. Store in the fridge (or freeze for later).
