Salted Caramel Bliss Balls (4 Ingredients)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup almonds or almond meal
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling
- 1/4 tsp salt to edit
Method:
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Add everything to a food processor, blitz until it forms a dough.
- Roll into balls and then coat with coconut.
- Store in the fridge (or freeze for later).
