The Gentle Kickstarter

Designed to kickstart momentum in just 4 weeks, this program will help realign your food choices to one that suits you. It gives you the understanding on what you need to nourish your body, reset your routine and feel more in control.

It’s gentle because it’s not extreme - just sensible, do-able advice that understands how busy women live.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
  • Women navigating perimenopause
  • Anyone needing to address overall health and  weight concerns
  • Couples wanting to support their fertility journey or who are preparing for pregnancy
HOW IT WORKS:
  • A 50 minute initial appointment that explores your lifestyle, eating habits and health goals
  • A curated, personalised nutrition plan to that maps out the areas of focus
  • 30 minute weekly follow up appointments (3 in total) to help with staying on track, advice that builds on momentum and pep talks to keep you motivated
  • 14 day meal plan* that's simple, easy and suitable for the family
  • List of healthy snacks to keep life interesting

COACH ME package

This program provides a longer timeframe of support that goes deeper than just ‘eating right’. 

Over 12 weeks, you have the opportunity to unpack what really gets in your way to making healthy choices and shift your mindset for good.
