NUTRITION FOR KIDS
at all ages & stages
Nourish your little one so they can flourish
FUSSY EATING
Fussy eating is common in children.  Whether your child eats a very limited range of foods, refuses meals or mealtimes feel like a constant battle, it’s rarely just about the food itself.Â
As trained paediatriac dietitians, our role is to step back and look at the full picture so you’re not left, trying to work out what to do next.

What this leads to
Baby Feeding & Weaning
Starting solids is a huge milestone and with so much conflicting advice, it’s hard to know where (and how) to begin. Do you start with purées or follow baby-led weaning?
What matters most is that you feel confident in how you’re introducing food, and that it suits both your baby and your family. Early feeding experiences play a role in shaping how your child relates to food — but it’s not about getting it “perfect.” It’s about creating positive, low-pressure opportunities for your baby to explore. Eating at this stage is just as much about learning, touching, tasting and curiosity as it is about nutrition.
If you’re feeling unsure where to start or things aren’t progressing as expected, working with an accredited dietitian can give you clarity and direction — so you can move forward feeling calm, supported and 100% confident in what you’re doing.
At The Nutrition Circle, we're mothers too.
We get the stress and worry when your child isn't an amazing eater and the perpetual cycle of trying so hard to feed your kids a healthy meal, only to end up in a battle over chicken nuggets.
Food Allergies & Special Diets
Finding a balance between managing food allergies, tummy troubles and providing a diverse diet can be challenging. Developing tummies can be temperamental and living with a baby in pain is distressing and upsetting for all.
Our focus is on helping your baby grow and thrive, without unnecessary restriction. Ongoing food avoidance or untreated absorption issues can impact development over time, so it’s important to get clear on what’s truly needed.
We guide you on which foods to include, what to limit (and why), and how to build a diet that supports your child’s nutrition, gut health and overall wellbeing with confidence.
We can help with:
- Low FODMAP diet
- Dairy free diets (Cow milk protein allergy or lactose free)
- Gluten free diet
- Vegetarian and vegan diets
- RPAH elimination diet
